Meet the Owner

Since the beginning, creating a loving + supportive environment and fostering a sense of community has been at the heart of Jenn and Co. Jenn had a vision to create a space that serves guests and stylists alike. A space where everyone is encouraged, loved, valued and supported. A place where stylists are provided with consistent mentoring, education and opportunities to thrive. But Jenn’s joy truly comes from mentoring the Jenn & Co Team, empowering them with the skills, resources and tools they need to succeed + the power of relationship with every guest that walks through the door.

Jenn is originaly from Toronto, Ontario and when she moved to Chatham the doors started opening for her to chase after this God-sized dream. Jenn has studied under some of the top industry leaders and firmly believes that a solid foundation and continued education creates limitless possibilities. She is dedicated to growing her team and her salon is a true reflection of the power of collaboration, the importance of an outstanding salon culture and a good God.
